How long does the subscription run?
As long as you want, but not less than six months.

Do you provide short-term rentals?
Yes! We’ve even done rentals of one night. Just contact us explaining your needs and we’ll get you a quote.

Is there a minimum order?
No. You can subscribe to a single piece.

What area do you cover?
For both rental and commissioned work, we are now proudly servicing the entire country. Installation charges can vary. To get an idea, give us a buzz or an email.

Who installs the art?
We take great pride in all our work from art to installation, so to ensure uniformity, we do the installations.

How do you hang the art?
We have a large range of fixings and hooks for all types of wall.
Clients can also opt for The C-rail system (sold separately), which is a quick and easy to install and makes rotation very swift.

How do I pay?
Payment is due one month in advance of the installation/rotation date by either BACs or cheque.

How is the art service so reasonably priced?
We have low overheads, so can keep elements of our costs down. But more than this, we do not see why art should be excessively priced. Art is still being sold as it has been for centuries, but with some out-the-box thinking, we believe that at the start of the 21st century, Works in Print has come up with a way to offer high quality art, at very affordable prices. We are also offering artists worthwhile exposure, an effectively ‘paid-for’ exhibition.

Is the art tax deductable?
In short, yes.  If you ‘subscribe’ to the art being changed regularly, then the art is fully and immediately tax-deductable as you are improving the ambience and look/feel of your office.
If you commission us, then the art is tax deductable, but because it’s a capital expense, it will take longer to re-coup.

How will I choose my next pieces?
We will send you an email a couple of weeks before your six-month term is due to end with some similar and alternative options.  You might even want to extend your collection and take on more pieces (incidentally, this is something you can do at any point in the year).

I’m worried about the Health and Safety aspect of hanging artwork.
Our installers are all fully trained, insured and compliant with the UK H&S Laws (2006).  All jobs are risk-assessed.

Will my walls be damaged?
We offer a wall repair service where we remove the hanging equipment and can make the wall good.  Email us to get a quote.

I love the prints in my office; I'd like some personalised art and something for my home.
Even if your company is not subscribing to our prints, we will happily entertain suggestions to get our art into your home. Just contact us.

Who are your artists?
We have a wide range of artists, ranging from more established to those more up and coming.  If you would like to know more about the artist of a specific piece, just send us the link and we’ll tell you all about them!
